I bent a penny over a tube with the same radius and wedged it in with a wooden chock. Cant fit a welding spoon, use a penny

Wiring is done and I have spark, filter is cleaned and the cover is painted. Funny considering the 50cc motor is 1/24th the size of my shovelhead

One hour freshen up
From seized to ready to run. Need to go through the carb and make an oil pump block off plate since I'm gonna run premix to save a pound and some parasitic drag. Once its running and together I'll bead blast it, paint and polish

Ysr50 build
As if i dont have enough junk.
The wheels roll now. Both brakes were seized.
Im gonna run the stock motor and carb with the dg pipe and no oil pump (premix only). No blinkers or horn but it will have a small tail/brake light and a small round headlight molded in. Might do 2" over swingarm and a motor swap down the line.
It definitely needs
-tires
-chain
-brake pads
-plastics
-front fairing mount

Harbor frieght tool box review
Great for the money, comparable to home depot brands. No bearings, but for a weekend guy this is perfect. Only complaint is the handle on the top box are held in with tiny screws so i changed em out.
